Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about pressure washing in Houston.
What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water — great for concrete and driveways. Soft washing uses low pressure with biodegradable cleaning solutions, making it safe for roofs, siding, and painted surfaces where high pressure could cause damage.
How often should I have my home washed?
In Houston's humid climate, every 1–2 years for a full exterior wash. Roofs and gutters may need annual service. Driveways benefit from cleaning every 12–18 months. We offer free estimates and can recommend a schedule for your property.
Is soft washing safe for all roof types?
Yes. Soft washing is the industry-recommended method for asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and tile. It kills algae, lichen, and moss without the damage risk that high-pressure washing creates.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily. We just need access to a water spigot and the areas to be cleaned. We'll communicate before and after the job and can send before/after photos.
Do you offer free estimates?
